Tropical
Aimé Ménilmontant is a neighborhood bistrot specializing in natural wines and offering locally sourced organic products. Positioned halfway between a food market and a traditional bistrot, the design draws inspiration from market stalls. The layout of the metal structures and the undulation of the tarpaulins guided our initial sketches. Balanced by materials and lighting from Parisian bistrots, Aimé Ménilmontant is a warm, hybrid, and contemporary space.
Ceiling Illusion
Vertical wood slats on walls drawing eyes upward to create a spacious feel.

FOUNDER REVIEW
We worried our tight layout would limit seating capacity, but they optimized the floor plan perfectly without crowding the room. The atmosphere is cozy, the workflow is smooth, and the fixed pricing made planning easy.
